Of Awe and Possibilities

I took this photo of 4 beautiful backlit Indian Paintbrushes on a hike with a friend this morning. This hike is just a few blocks from my home and always provides me with moments of awe and peace and a sense of endless possibilities.

Finding daily time for quiet, for reflection, for listening to our own heart's whispers is vital to living from an authentic place of center. Because without that center, we find ourselves buffeted around like a piece of paper in the wind.

So, give yourself some breathing space this week to sit in awe of nature's majesty and to quietly listen to the yearnings of your own heart.
